Enjoyed living at Park Shadows! The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance took care if any issues in a timely manner. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Creative newsletter every month showcasing activities for the tenants and their families.

I lived at Park Shadows for a year. I liked the area and my apartment. The maintenance staff was honestly the best part of my experience. Nick, Stan and Miriam are the absolute best and deserve the hugest KUDOS. I didn't really have any major issues during my year there. Anything that needed fixing, the smaller things, were done immediately. My main complaint about Park Shadows was the extras. I hope they have changed this. They advertised the base rent of 1313 and it even stated washer/dryer included but after I signed the lease and got the move in sheet, that is when I saw all these extras like parking $15, cable $30, Amazon hub $10, the washer/dryer $30, common area maintenance $45, and other fees that were not disclosed until after I signed the lease. At least that was my experience. My rent at $1313 plus taxes and with all the extras that got tacked on, plus water, sewer and trash was over $1600/mo. Add electric and gas for another couple hundred, all in all I was paying around $1800/mo for a 2 bedroom/1 bath. So renter beware! I think they charge $1775 base rent now for the 2 br/1bath. So if you can afford all that it is honestly a decent place to live.

The staff was very pleasant and very tentative to your needs. The grounds very clean. I did notice that they do have tenant that are parking in unauthorised locations. But I'm sure they will address that. Because this does not go with their lease rules according to what I read. But I give this company five Stars based on my few days of being here
